The services of Signal Health Group enable older adults and people with disabilities to live better in their own homes, in comfort, safety, and health. We provide home care services throughout the US. Through home care services we send aides, homemakers, and/or companions to see to your daily needs, to take care of your parents, or to give you a break from your family caretaking role. Companion Services

Companion Services include keeping the client comfortable and engaging the client in any number of activities, such as conversation, reading, writing, games, crafts, playing cards, walking, assist with entertaining, medication & appointment reminders, escort to appointments, visiting friends & neighbors, shopping, events, plays, and religious services.

Personal Care Services

Personal Care Services include assisting with hands-on, health-related tasks such as grooming (hair care, shaving, cleaning teeth/dentures; makeup; dressing) hygiene (tub, bed or sponge baths; showers; toileting activities) ambulation and transfers (turning, getting in and out of chairs, exercising, walking) eating or feeding.

Signal Health works well. No problems, and nurses Diem and Tyler are among the best and most professional I’ve worked with anywhere in years. Signal’s program has been a lifesaver, literally. I’m not well organized and tend to be forgetful; I also have difficulty formulating the right questions. Diem and Tyler have solved all those problems. I have excellent doctors, but I forget appointments, screw up my meds, etc. Plus most are so busy it takes weeks to get an appointment. Diem and Tyler are here every week, and have time to explain things, sort out all my meds, make sure I get to appointments, etcetera. That makes a huge difference when I’ve had as many as eight doctors appointments in a week, with all the changes in treatment that can mean.

There are not enough words to think Tyler and Demi for what they are doing for me they are very caring very understanding very helping I felt like I was dying because I was not getting the help that I need it they came in it started working with you little by little I started getting better outstanding affection passionate wonderful kind sweet caring feels like you can do it I want to thank them for what they’re doing for me what they have done for me I thought I was on my last legs their angels it got me better thank you thank you and thank you you guys are truly the best outstanding in what you do very compassionate

These guys have been instrumental in adapting to and providing a plan for the new home healthcare and home nursing situation that we’re in. Even during this confusing and stressful time, Tyler and Diem have been essential in addressing any problems that have come up, and we feel very confident in their medical expertise – they have maintained contact with our doctors, and regularly check in with them to monitor ongoing issues. Could not recommend them highly enough!

We just started using Signal about a month ago and we are very satisfied. From day one the staff has been so supportive and helpful. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Outstanding service and care from our two homecare nurses Tyler and Diem. Both of them go out of their way to ensure that the care for my wife is correct and complete. They reach out to her doctors and provide them updates as to her condition. Both of them are a blessing to me and my family. It is a pleasure to have them available and ready when needed. I cannot compliment them enough. They are an excellent team.

Signal was terrific while my dad and mom were in crisis. They walked us through the process calmly and thoroughly. The nurse they sent to do the initial assessment of my mom was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough and the aides have been terrific–very helpful and kind, attending to all of mom’s needs and helping us sort through everything that needed to be done after mom’s fall and during all the follow-up. Thank you so very much for everything!
